Night Rentals Available
Open at night so that you can enjoy night skiing too. Night rental availability depends on weather and snow conditions, usually from late December to mid-March.
Go Home Hands-Free
For multi-day rental gear, paid ski and snowboard lockers are available at Escal Plaza (Goryu Base Centre). Store your equipment conveniently and securely, and head back to your accommodation hands-free.

Make the process even smoother by registering in advance and registering your card beforehand.
If you complete your rental booking and register your credit card online in advance, the paperwork on the day will be kept to a minimum! You can head straight to the slopes as soon as you arrive.

01. Pre-register Online
Simply choose your skis or snowboard – either a set or individual items – and enter your details. It only takes a few minutes!
This system is for “advance application,” not a reservation. By entering your information in advance, the check-in process on the day will be faster, helping reduce waiting time and allowing you to receive your gear sooner. Specific gear cannot be reserved, but we keep sufficient stock available.
02. Check In
Upon arrival at the ski resort, please present your application QR code at the rental counter on the 2nd floor of Escal Plaza (Goryu Base Centre).
03. Pick Up
Follow the staff’s instructions, pick up your gear at the designated counter, and once you are ready, head straight to the slopes.

We now offer the “Over 90” Series and Ogasaka Series. These advanced models offer excellent performance and stability and are recommended for guests looking for higher-grade gear. Please try them at the shop.
Storage Service for Multi-Day Rentals
For guests renting items for a week or more, we offer a storage service for your hire items. This saves you the hassle of carrying them around every day and ensures a more comfortable stay. Please feel free to ask a member of staff for further details.
Expanded STEP ON Size
Range
We have expanded the size range for the popular Burton STEP ON Series. More sizes are now available to fit a wider range of guests.
※Adult sizes: 22–33 cm / Kids: 21 cm only.
※ Please note that Burton STEP ON bindings cannot be reserved in advance. Availability will be on a first-come, first-served basis depending on stock.
Free Rental Bag Service
Guests renting for multiple days can borrow a rental bag free of charge. It makes carrying clothing and gear much easier. Please ask our staff if you would like to use one.
Avoid the morning rush — pick up your hire the day before!
The slopes get busy in the morning.
You can collect both ski and snowboard hire equipment the afternoon or evening before.
There is no need to contact us in advance or submit an application via the system. Simply come to the counter within the designated collection time!
Pickup Hours
・Please visit between 2:00 PM and 3:30 PM on the day before your rental.
・Pickup is also available from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM during night skiing hours.
・Please note that pickup is not available outside the hours above.
Cancellations & Refunds
・Cancellations and refunds are not accepted after pickup.
・Cancellations and refunds are not accepted, regardless of whether the rental gear is used.
Storage
・Rental gear cannot be stored in the shop.
・Please use the paid lockers on the 1st floor or take the gear back to your accommodation.

An all-mountain model with a 72–76 mm waist. It offers a good balance of stability and maneuverability, making it suitable for a wide range of conditions.

An all-mountain ski with an 83–87 mm waist. Its wider profile performs well in powder, while remaining versatile from groomed runs to ungroomed terrain.

Ogasaka E-Turn
Easy to handle and designed for smooth turns. Suitable for a wide range of skiers, from intermediate to advanced, with a comfortable and responsive feel. Ogasaka Series: +¥4,500, available at on-site reception only.
Important Notes
- Please complete your online application first, then let the cashier know if you would like to upgrade.
- To maintain quality and safety, OGASAKA Series rentals must be returned daily and may not be kept overnight by guests.
- Quantities are limited.
- Rentals may be suspended depending on slope conditions.

Return Policy
Rental gear cannot be returned at the Iimori shop. As it is a separate location, please return your gear to the shop where you rented it.
Rental items can only be returned on the final day of use. Please note that refunds cannot be made for early returns.

Can I request Step On when hiring a snowboard?
Please rest assured — we provide Step On as standard with our snowboard hire. You do not need to select this option via the booking system! However, as stock is limited, we may provide standard strap bindings if Step On are out of stock. If you have a preference, please feel free to let our staff know when you visit. We will do our best to accommodate your request!

Extension & Exchange Procedures and Fee
If you wish to extend your rental or change items, please complete the procedure at the rental counter by 15:30 on the day of the scheduled return time.
A ¥2,000 fee will be charged each time you change rental items.

Binding Rentals
We do not offer binding-only rentals, nor do we remove bindings from rental skis for separate rental.

Types of Skis
We mainly carry Salomon and Atomic skis. For beginners, we provide on-piste skis. For intermediate and advanced users, all-mountain ski are recommended.

Types of Snowboards
We carry Burton snowboards, mainly for beginners. Starting this season, we also offer boards (Radius) for lower- to intermediate-level riders who enjoy carving turns. Please note that snowboard stance widths cannot be adjusted.

Items Not Available
We do not rent "fun skis", "short skis", "snowshoes" or "snow scoots." Thank you for your understanding.

Use of Leash Cords
For safety reasons, please always attach a leash cord when using a snowboard. We cannot be held responsible for accidents or loss due to not wearing one.

Safety Reminder for Long-Term Rental Customers
For customers using rental equipment over an extended period, please note that ski / snowboard bindings may loosen due to usage. Before skiing, be sure to check the condition of your bindings to ensure your safety. If you notice any looseness or issues, please feel free to contact our staff. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to ensure a safe skiing experience for everyone.

What sizes are available for ski wear?
Ski wear (jacket and pants) is available in XS, S, M, L, 2L, 3L, 4L, 5L, and 7L. Please note that sizes are subject to availability, and your preferred size may not always be available.

Step On boots are available in sizes 21cm to 33cm. Please note that sizes are subject to availability, and your preferred size may not always be available.
