1. First-Time Purchases
Purchase online to receive your QR code confirmation. When you arrive at the resort, simply scan the QR code at an automatic ticket machine to collect your lift pass card.
2. Already Have a Lift Pass Card?
Simply reload your existing card online before you arrive. You can skip the ticket machines and head straight to the lifts and gondola.
Purchase at the Ticket Centre
Please visit our ticket counters if you need to purchase or pick up the following tickets:
- Hakuba Valley Pass pick-ups: Guests who purchased Hakuba Valley passes online and need to collect their physical card.
- Epic Pass redemptions: Guests redeeming their consecutive days of Hakuba Valley lift access with an eligible Epic Pass.
- Sightseeing & non-skiers: Round-trip gondola tickets for non-skiers looking to enjoy mountaintop dining and scenic views.
- Special & in-person passes: Vouchers, specific discounts, and passes not available for direct online purchase.
・Season Validity: Lift passes are valid only during the designated season of purchase and cannot be rolled over to future seasons.
・“Kids Ski Free Day” (Domestic Promotion): On the 3rd Sunday of each month (December through April) and on May 5, children aged 12 and under can ride the lifts and gondolas for free.
※ Eligibility: This promotion is strictly valid only for holders of an official Japanese Individual Number (“My Number”) Card. The physical card must be presented at the ticket counter upon redemption (international passports, foreign IDs, or other documents are not accepted).
・IC Card Deposit: A ¥500 deposit is included in all pass prices. This deposit is fully refunded when you return the IC card to the dedicated return machine, available at the bases of Goryu (inc Iimori) and Hakuba47.

・Youth passes are sold only at the ticket countre. ID is required. Youth rates are based on age, not school grade.
