Recently, lift tickets for our ski resort have been listed on second-hand trading platforms and resale websites—including Xianyu (闲鱼), Xiaohongshu (小红书), and Mercari—at prices significantly below official rates. Some of these tickets were purchased using fraudulently obtained credit cards. Upon notification from credit card companies, our resort immediately invalidates all associated QR codes and lift tickets.
- Tickets Purchased Outside Official Channels: Lift tickets purchased from sources other than our official website or authorized ticketing counters will be invalidated and will not be accepted for access.
- No Refunds or Compensation: We will not provide exchanges, refunds, or compensation of any kind for invalidated lift tickets.
- Disputes with Sellers: Should you encounter any transaction issues or disputes, please contact the customer support of the platform where you made the payment.
- Prohibition of Commercial Resale: The commercial resale of our lift tickets is strictly prohibited. In severe or malicious cases, we will report the matter to the police or pursue legal action.
Please ensure you purchase your lift tickets exclusively through our official ticketing website or official ticketing counters.
